Vibrat-Ion Ltd are delighted to announce the release of AutoVectis Pro 2024
AutoVectis is software for processing high resolution mass spectrometry data – it can work from either FTMS transients (including absorption mode processing) but it can also work with conventional mass spec data files. It includes workflows for top-down protein analysis and assignment of complex mass spectra (e.g. FIA metabolomics data or complex organic matter).
New to the 2024 edition are really powerful new batch processing workflows for assignment using either accurate mass and fine structure assignment, or assignment via inference networks (like Kendrick plot assignment).
