AutoPiquer 2.0

We’re pleased to announce the release of AutoPiquer 2.0.

AutoPiquer is a robust peak detection algorithm that uses a unique method to find the noise levels in spectra. The original algorithm was published here.

As you can see in the video, the new version (2.0) is even faster than the original.

AutoPiquer 2.0 is now part of both AutoVectis (for processing FTMS data in absorption mode) and AutoPiquer mzML (for processing any single spectrum mzML files) – so it could be easy to show it working on your data.
